I’m here to help lighten your load…

Hi, I’m Khana, and for nearly twenty years, I’ve been a Psychotherapist, Life Coach, and Mental Health Coach, guiding hundreds of other humans toward more health, happiness, and wellbeing in their whole being: body, heart, mind, and soul (but that’s too long of a title, so let’s just stick with Mental Health Coach here!).

It’s time for you to feel held with compassion, understanding, and strong support, so you can feel and function better, and be able to achieve your deeply desired goals…

It’s time for you to learn easy, relaxing tools for feeling less stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and dysregulated, and and better able to embody more of how you want to feel:

Right now, it’s a little rough out there, and you’re probably struggling a bit (or a lot—who isn’t?!)…

Right now, we all need the safety and strength of connection and belonging.

Right now, we all need a little extra support and the right tools to get through the day with more ease, peace, and joy (and unfortunately that might not be avoiding self-care, endless scrolling, and bingeing all the things).

I’m here to help with a safe space and some healthier tools that are actually calming, strengthening, and easy to learn…

Because right now, you might be feeling like so many other people:

  • Afraid

…And frankly, just struggling to get through the day without feeling traumatized, paralyzed, or on-fire, (let alone able to reach meaningful goals)!

I don’t want that for you my friend!

I know some ways to help you feel and function better–despite what’s happening outside (or inside)--and that gently move you toward the life you so deserve and desire.

I know because I help people do it every day (and I genuinely love my job!)!

It’s hard to be a human right now, especially without a little help from other humans (we heal, strengthen, and grow in relationship, not isolation)…

It's a strength, not a weakness, to seek support from other humans who can provide professional care and guidance…

…humans who have extensive experience, knowledge, education and training (hey, that’s me!),
