Welcome! I’m a Los Angeles therapist and coach who is passionate about helping other humans achieve body-heart-mind health and happiness.

Hi friends, I’m so glad you’re here! If you’re here it’s likely because you’re hoping to live a life of more calm, connection, joy, purpose and passion.

Whether it’s through therapy or coaching, I love connecting and collaborating with people on their journey to greater mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, and helping them achieve their personal and professional goals. That’s my purpose and passion!

For over 15 years, I’ve been privileged to help so many people heal, grow, and thrive, not just settle and survive. I want you to be your best self because I believe it makes society and the world a better place!

My goal is to help you reach your goals. Guiding and supporting you to:

  • Heal + Strengthen

Learn to treat yourself with self-compassion and patience as you heal. Being human is rough! We all experience traumas-some large, some small, some old, some new. They all deserve our attention and care. Allow all of the parts of yourself to heal into strength, resilience, and even joy.

  • Nourish + Nurture

Learn to practice real selfcare, with mindfulness and intention, that nourish and nurture your whole body-heart-mind.

  • Grow + Thrive

Clarify and move toward your purpose and passion, values and vision. Cultivate and live the life you truly want and deserve.

Make Your World Better, So You Can Make The World A Better Place…

If you want to live a better life in a better world, it starts with you living your healthiest, happiest life. Sometimes the best thing you can do to cultivate positive change is to start with your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Having a balanced and healthy body-heart-mind is your civic duty!

Selfcare isn’t a luxury, it’s a social responsibility!  You’re no good to the rest of us, including those closest to you, if you’re not practicing real self-care, the kind that finds you feeling renewed, inspired, and energized and reaching your full human potential.

Don’t underestimate the positive impact that living your best life and being your best self creates! People and the planet need healthy humans. The more self-actualized, fulfilled, joyful, clear, calm, and intentional you are, the better for us all. The more you can reach your dreams, the more others can too, and the more the whole planet can flourish.

A better world depends on one person at a time, taking small steps towards health and happiness. Every step, no matter how small, moves you forward and ripples out to all of us-and then right back to you my friend…a virtuous circle of growth and wellbeing…

Let’s connect and collaborate, so that we all may live better…together. Our work together is meant to increase your body-heart-mind wellbeing, and help you clarify and live your purpose, passion, values and vision so you can move toward the life you want to live with more ease and energy.

Values Statements:

I value diversity, equality, justice, and inclusion. I value, support, and ally with all colors, genders, expressions of love, expressions of spirituality, abilities, minds, shapes, and sizes. I strive to stay in my love, acceptance, compassion, patience and respect for all my fellow humans. We’re all out here doing our best, learning and growing.

I value living mindfully and with intention.

I value connecting with myself, my family, my friends, and nature as much as I can, in real life.

I value the wellbeing of my child, my community, and Mother Earth.

I value minimal and mindful engagement with social media. I understand and value the positive potentials of global connection and information that the internet and social media offer, but as a therapist I see on a daily basis the real anxiety, depression, comparison-syndrome, and imposter-syndrome that often occurs when people over-do social media and engage in endless hours of addictive phone-use, doom-scrolling, disengagement from real-life self-care, disengagement from real-life humans, online bullying, information overload, misinformation, etc, etc.

It can be a real challenge to engage in social media mindfully and in moderation (and more and more research continues to come out that it is particularly damaging to adolescent females, and I have one of those, so I’m extra-mindful), but for many reasons my personal value is to engage with social media as minimally as I possibly can, and when I do engage, it is intentionally and mindfully.

No judgment if you have high social media engagement (though I hope you do so in moderation, and with intention and mindfulness;)), we can all have different values and needs-that’s the beauty of being human!
